Shipping Policy

For shipping within Australia we use Fastway couriers and for any orders outside Australia we use Australia Post.


Standard Delivery

$10 Flat Rate for multiple items to any address in Australia. Items usually ship next business day, arriving in approx. 2 - 4 days for major metropolitan areas and 7 days for more rural areas. Orders placed Fri-Sun usually ship out on Monday.

Residential and PO Boxes will be shipped via an Australia Post service and proof of delivery is available.


International Delivery

$30 Flat Rate - Cosmedical Solutions offers flat rate shipping to most international destinations using Australia Post Registered International and is normally shipped within 10- 14 business days. Orders placed before 3pm will usually be dispatched on the next business day.

 

Delivery & Availability

Cosmedical Solutions shall deliver products ordered by you to a courier or postal service of Cosmedical Solutions choice to the delivery address that you have given us.

All delivery is subject to availability. If there is any delay in delivery, we will notify you of this and give you a new delivery time. As we process your order, we will also notify you if any products are not available.

Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.

Please allow at least 1-4 days handling time before your order is dispatched. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase, but this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.

Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday.

Please note when completing your order to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Cosmedical Solutions will not be held responsible for any delays/undelivered orders because of incorrect information. Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. Please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

If you are purchasing from Cosmedical Solutions from any country other than Australia, longer delivery estimation applies. For orders being delivered to anywhere other than Australia, please allow at least two weeks in order to receive your parcel.

 

Returns & Exchanges

As most of our products are consumables, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly exchange your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for an exchange to be processed. We do not take the responsibility for transfer costs. You must inspect the products as soon as is reasonably practicable after delivery. Within 2 days of delivery you must notify Cosmedical Solutions in detail and in writing of any defect in the products or of any other complaint that you may have in relation to the products. Sale items are final and not returnable.
